Crock Pot Brisket

1 Brisket
1 large onion (whole or cut in half)

1/3 cup Liquid Smoke
1 cup favorite BBQ Sauce

Cook on low 8-10 hours

Result: super tender brisket!

I purchase a large brisket and divide it into 3, placed in freezer bags until ready to use. I do not purchase the market trim because after speaking to the market worker at the grocery store he said the non trimmed will have a more tender result and he was correct!
